1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — tkjm's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "tkjm" or "We" — the operator and owner of this platform.
• "Account" — a registered user's personal profile on the platform.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

tkjm offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving you a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per user.
• A bonus may be cancelled if its conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• tkjm reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Benefits

tkjm's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular participation and loyalty. The benefits, conditions, and specific details of each tier will be communicated individually to the relevant user by tkjm.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

Fair Play Policy

tkjm is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The outcome of every game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.

Bet Cancellation and Disputes

Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The existing balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, if the balance is dependent on a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met first.
